  • 浜湖の老舗ホテルであるこのホテルは、隅々まで行き届いた清潔さが感じられます

    合肥浜湖を頻繁に訪れるビジネス旅行者として、私は常にホテルの衛生基準を高く設定しています。展示会や会議で一日中仕事をした後、隅々まで汚れた部屋に戻ると、せっかくの旅の印象が台無しになってしまうからです。今回、Empark Grand Hotel (Anhui) Hefeiに5日間連続で滞在しました。当初、老舗の高級ホテルは内装やアメニティにしか力を入れていないものだと思っていましたが、このホテルの衛生基準は、このレベルのホテルに対する私の期待をはるかに超えていました。
    チェックイン後、部屋のドアを開けた瞬間、古いホテルによくあるカビ臭さは全く感じられませんでした。ほのかに心地よい消毒液の香りが漂い、安心感を覚えました。私はいつものように、持参したアルコール除菌シートでテーブルや照明スイッチ、ドアノブなどを拭きました。ウェットティッシュは埃や汚れが一切なく、きれいに拭き取れました。よくある「表面はピカピカだけど隅っこは埃っぽい」ホテルとは程遠い状態でした。
    一番驚いたのはバスルームです。ウェットエリアとドライエリアを隔てるガラスの仕切りはピカピカで、水滴の跡すらありませんでした。シャワーマットはカビ一つなく、排水口も髪の毛一つなく、完璧に清潔でした。特注のアメニティはきちんと並べられ、洗面台の鏡はピカピカで、間近で見ても指紋一つ付いていませんでした。敏感肌の私でも、ホテルのタオルで顔を拭いても赤みやかゆみは全くなく、リネン類の徹底した洗浄と消毒が行われていることがよく分かりました。
    寝具はさらに安心感を与えてくれました。カバーをめくってみると、黄ばみや糸くずは一切ありませんでした。枕と毛布はふかふかで乾いており、中国南部の雨季によくあるカビ臭さは全くありませんでした。窓際のソファとカーペットは、糸くず取りが済んだ後、ほとんど糸くずや埃が残っていませんでした。カーペットの上を裸足で歩いても、足に汚れは全くつきませんでした。デスクの隅、コンセントの隙間、クローゼットの奥など、普段見落としがちな場所も、隅々まで丁寧に掃除されており、埃の痕跡は一切ありませんでした。
